As a Tor Project employee, I’ve upstreamed a few bits of my work to Mozilla.

• Bug 1828939 - Remove Share URL menu item when MOZ_PROXY_BYPASS_PROTECTION and restore Share by Email
• Bug 1791689 - StaticPrefList network.proxy.allow_bypass checks MOZ_PROXY_BYPASS_PROTECTION for default value
