Jekyll

Added target as a _config.yml site variable and a content frontmatter variable to Jekyll. The purpose and use is to generate multiple versions of a site from a shared codebase and using Jekyll config stacking and overrides. Specifially for me to create a version of the site hosted on an onion service that an have additional onion service of the site only and specific content not on the plain web site.
